Can I receive a Christmas bonus from my previous employer without having to pay back my unemployment benefits? I’ve been on unemployment since August and my employer just notified me of my eligibility for a year end bonus based upon my contribution to the company in 2022, but I’m afraid I will have to pay back all unemployment paid to me.
